Welcome to Harpenden Photographic Society

Important Notice Re: COVID-19

In response to Government social distancing regulations brought in due to COVID-19, Harpenden Photographic Society is currently using Zoom to hold its meetings online.

We will continue to use Zoom for meetings for the 2020/ 2021 season in September.

The safety of members is important and we will resume face-to-face meetings when it is deemed safe to do so, and with any necessary safety procedures in place.

Harpenden Photographic Society caters for all abilities – from beginner to the more advanced photographers.  We are a lively and growing club of around 90 active members. Our meeting are held from September to June on the first and third Tuesday of each month.

Our varied programme gives members to chance to enjoy and improve their own photography, and to mix and chat with other likeminded enthusiasts. Visiting speakers are drawn from well-known amateur and professional photographers and give members the opportunity to learn and be inspired by work of many different types and genres.

You are more than welcome to attend three meeting before deciding to join, but note that non-members are not allowed to enter the competitions or exhibition.
For further information about the Society please use the contact form on this site.
