COVID 19 Guidance for 2023 - 2024 Season
The primary objective of this guidance is to create and maintain a safe environment in which ALL MEMBERS feel comfortable to attend the live meetings. It is incumbent on us ALL to take the necessary action to maintain this safe environment and to protect each other.
We have revised our requirements in line with the current level of Covid vaccination, but this may change should circumstances dictate.

Mandatory Requirements
The only manadatory requirements are:
- You MUST NOT attend club meetings if you or anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or has symptoms or if you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell on the day of the meeting.
- If you test positive for COVID-19 within 7 days of attending a meeting, please inform the Membership Secretary or in their absence Paul Johnson (Vice Chair).
Advisory Guidance
- We encourage ALL members to be mindful that some may still have genuine concerns about Covid and to act in a respectful manner.
- We will retain the spaced seating – those less concerned can always pull them closer if they wish.
- Hand Sanitizer and Cleansing wipes will be available for those who want to clean hands, chairs etc.
- We will open windows to maintain some air flow.
- We encourage members not to be embarrassed to wear mask if they wish to and for others to be aware and maintain their distance.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The Trust and Harpenden Photographic Society accept no liability for any infection that is alleged to have taken place at the Hall. By attending the club meetings, you accept this condition and are responsible for your own health and safety. It may be necessary to change this Guidance at short notice if circumstances dictate.
